During the consultation, our Staging Design Professional will visit the home, take pictures, and talk with the homeowner about the importance and value of staging their home before having it listed. Within 2 days of the consultation, the homeowner will receive and a detailed emailed report listing action items to be completed both outside and inside the home. Additional services and assistance are offered to ensure the action items are completed successfully.

Redesign lets you show off your personality and design style by creating inviting and functional living spaces. We recommend scheduling a Redesign Consultation before beginning your project. Our Staging Design Professional will visit your home, take pictures, and listen to your likes, dislikes, goals, and desires. Within 3-5 days of the consultation, the homeowner will be presented with a custom design board containing paint colors, accessories, furniture layout and décor placement. Additional services and assistance are offered to ensure your satisfaction.

Meet Renae, our Staging Design ProfessionalTM and owner of BMR Home Staging Plus
Renae recently earned her home staging certification after being in the fitness industry for over thirty years. She and her husband moved to the NoCo area to be closer to his work after living in Brighton, CO for twenty-two years. They have three grown kids who are living and working nearby.
Renae and her husband have enjoyed many years of watching their
kids compete in all kinds of sporting events and extra curricular
activities. In their free time, they enjoy walking and hiking the nearby
trails, and experiencing all the shopping and dining experiences the
area has to offer. Paddle boarding is their newest favorite pastime.
Their rescue Boxer joins along in the fun.
Renae fell in love with staging after doing some research before listing
