BMR Home Staging Plus offers staging services for occupied homes before listing.
Agents: Agents will be notified in advance of any price changes. All payments due from agents must be paid in full within 14 days of invoice receipt.
Homeowners: 50% due from homeowners at the time of signing. Remaining balance due at completion of services.

Professional visits the home and completes minor staging action items within the hourly parameters. It
